If you are trying to grow your hair naturally, there are some tips and tricks that may help.

Start with a good shampoo and conditioner. It’s important to find the best products for your hair type and lifestyle, so don’t just pick up whatever’s on sale or in the store. Look at reviews from other people who have used these products, or ask your stylist to recommend a good brand.

Do not try to grow your own hair from scratch. You can start with a wig or weave and then continue with your own hair. This will make it easier to maintain and style your new look.

Use products that contain natural ingredients such as keratin, argan oil, aloe vera gel, avocado oil and shea butter. These ingredients help promote growth in the scalp and help your hair grow faster by strengthening the strands.

Eat foods rich in protein for nourishment for your scalp and skin around the crown area where new growth is taking place. Foods like eggs, chicken breast and tuna also contain amino acids which promote healthy skin cells which are essential in producing new growth on the scalp or elsewhere on your body!

Drink plenty of water throughout the day because dehydration can stunt new growth as well as dry out existing strands of hair which will make them brittle over time!

Wash your hair twice a week, especially if you have thick hair that needs regular moisture to grow. If you wash too often, it’ll dry out too much and damage it over time, causing split ends and breakage.

Don’t use heat styling tools on wet or damp hair because this can cause more damage than good! Instead, use dryer sheets or leave-in conditioners instead of using heat styling tools like flat irons or curling irons if you want to style your hair without breaking it down too much.

Avoid using harsh chemicals on your scalp when washing or conditioning your hair because this can weaken strands over time and cause breakage in the long run! If needed, use baby shampoo instead of harsh shampoos.

Nuts are filled with selenium and vitamins A, B6 and E, which are essential for healthy hair growth. They also contain healthy fats that keep them soft and shiny. Almonds, walnuts, brazil nuts and pistachios are all great options for adding these nutrients to your diet.
